My hair dropped getting serious day by day,
and I really have to pay attention on it.
My Facebook status, :"from now on,
no more chocolates, no more snackz;
for my weight, and also for my health."
Exactly,
these foods don't bring any benefits
for me,
in contrast it will gain my weight
and also harmful for my health.
Why am I still want to eat these
harmful things??
Hopefully I can stand the attractive of chocolate for me.
I wanna be slim,
I wanna be fit,
I wanna be healthy.
And exercise is the best way to help
me get all these.
Oh my gosh,
I really addicted with exercise recently.
As an example,
the feel want to play badminton is
so strong every moment of my mind.
Besides I still want to cycle,
jogging,
if can,
I would like to learn swim too,
who willing to be my coach??
